The Initial Call

When you’re ready for a free estimate, your call to LAB Exteriors will be answered by one of our owners.

The FREE, No-Obligation Inspection

After our initial conversation, we will schedule an appointment for a no cost inspection of your property. If it’s more convenient, we can also schedule a virtual appointment.

Discussing your Options

Once an inspection of the property is completed, one of LAB’s experienced owners will provide you an honest opinion of the property’s condition and the options to consider.

Preparing your estimate

Once we discuss all of your options, we will prepare a detailed estimate for you to consider. The estimate will outline the entire scope of the project as well as all associated costs. The estimate will also contain all the warranty information about the products and workmanship. We will thoroughly go through the details of the proposal with you to make sure you understand the entire scope of the contract.

Comparing Contractor Bids

LAB Exteriors recommends getting 3-4 licensed contractor bids in order to compare the LAB Exteriors bids to other industry leaders. LAB is confident in their ability to provide low cost solutions without compromising quality.

Contract Signing & Deposit

Once you decide to move forward with a project through LAB Exteriors, a detailed contract with all of the project details is signed and a minimum deposit of $100 is collected. You can sign the agreement either in person or electronically. Whatever works best for you!

Consultation on Color Options

 If you need help with color options, LAB Exteriors is available to provide samples either virtually or in-person to ensure the renovation isn’t just done to the highest quality but also looks great!

Installation Day

During the installation process, LAB Exteriors guarantees and owner is on site to maintain the highest standards of excellence in the work we commit to do. LAB Exteriors also ensures that an experienced crew foreman is on the job during the entire scope of work.

Final Walk-through & Payment

Once the project is complete, a final walk through is conducted with a LAB Exteriors owner and the homeowner to inspect and close out the job and receive final payment.
